Service Description
Target Age: 10 - 15 years This gentle and soothing treatment is designed to ease tension and promote relaxation. It focuses on key areas often affected by schoolwork and activities. Upper Back & Neck Release: Gentle, flowing massage techniques are used to ease any stiffness or knots in the upper back and neck, promoting a sense of calm. Soothing Scalp Massage: Light pressure and circular movements help to relax the scalp muscles and can even encourage better sleep. Arm & Hand Comfort: A light massage using gentle strokes to ease tension in the arms and hands, often tired from writing or using devices. Foot & Calf Soothe: A calming massage focusing on the feet and calves, helping to relieve any aches and promote overall relaxation. Free mini self-care bag for first 30 clients: colour contents may vary. Mini collapsible brush. Puff sponge. Nail file. Lash wand. Refillable perfume bottle. Scrunchie. Mini capsule keyring (nail/lash glue etc). Safety whistle. Important Information: Please note that this treatment does not include work on the lower back, glutes, or upper thighs. A parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room at all times. Children are not required to change into spa attire. Please ensure they arrive wearing comfortable clothing such as a strap top and easy-to-roll-up trousers to allow access to the areas being treated. A disclaimer form requiring parent/guardian signature for consent must be completed upon arrival even with booking form being completed.
Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
