It is recommended that you avoid eating large or heavy meals a couple of hours before. It is also advised to refrain from consuming alcohol.

Please feel free to use the toilet facilities if needed.

Please arrive with no makeup on and remove any watches or jewellery.

If you are not comfortable with removing certain pieces of jewellery or bands for personal or religious reasons, please inform me in advance and i will work around them.
When scheduling an appointment for a body treatment, please note that it is necessary to keep your pants/boxers on for your privacy, modesty, as well as my comfort. Throughout the treatment, you will be covered except for the area of focus.
Ladies please ensure your you have spare bobble to pop your hair up and out the way of your neck if possible to minimize oil transfer.

For a facial treatments, it is best to wear loose and comfortable clothing on the lower half of your body and a strap top that can be easily lowered to avoid any contact with the products used.
In the case of all other beauty treatments for example lash lifts etc please just come as you are, there's no judgement within this home salon.
For optimal time management during your appointment, I advise reserving an extra 10 minutes both before and after your scheduled time.
This will give us ample opportunity to review your consultation form, provide you with aftercare details, and allow you to change clothes or use our facilities if necessary, without taking away from your treatment time.

Please note there are times when treatments run over slightly due to extra care on certain areas if you have other engagements you cannot be late for please state before hand so i can be extra vigilant on time.
Please note due to unforeseen circumstances bookings are now under a "request to book" automatic invoices are sent out upon approval.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to cancellations and lateness. However, as a small business time is money and in the interest of fairness to all clients, it's crucial to protect the times that others have booked, while ensuring availability for those who genuinely want to book.
As such, I have a cancellation policy in place: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance where a 50% refund is given, but any cancellations made out with 24 hours will result in a full payment being kept as all spaces are limited and may be unable to be filled within short notice.
If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced. Unfortunately, if you're more than 10 minutes late, an automatic text will be sent and it will be considered a cancelled appointment, and no refund will be given.

This may seem a little strict but its very disheartening to small businesses when you receive a no show.
