Like many of you, I'm on a personal journey to prioritize my health and well-being. I understand the challenges of finding balance, and I'm committed to sharing what I've learned. After all, health is wealth, which we all deserve to invest in.
I'm currently putting many of these tips into practice myself, as it is so easy to let life get away from you, yet we need to retrain our brain to slow down and I hope you find them as beneficial as I do.

Mindful Moments
Find your inner peace with stress-reducing tools. Learning simple breathing techniques to instantly calm your mind & explore mindful moments through guided meditation, calming music, discovering the power of present-moment awareness, YouTube is a great free way to start.
Embrace silence, schedule quiet time for yourself to disconnect from technology and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Pain Management
Start and end the day with gentle stretching and slow movements, alternate heat & cold therapy throughout flare ups, become more aware of your posture, listen to your body, avoid pushing through pain.
Taking short breaks every 20-30 minutes to stand up stretch and move around, Ensure that your work space is properly lit and at the correct height, Use the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain.

Sleep Improvement
