Service Terms and Conditions.

Lateness Policy.

Please inform me ASAP if you are running late, a text five minutes before your treatment time is not acceptable, if you arrive 10 minutes late your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled due to my diary spacing, Unfortunately, if your more than 10 minutes late an automatic text will be sent and your appointment will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued, this seems strict but due to being a small business my time is very limited.

Cancellation Policy.

Full Prepayment will be taken at the time of bookings to deter no-shows and make for a more seamless transaction.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for your appointment and 72 hours for packages/groups.

Cancellations made before or within the 24-hour grace period will not incur any charges should they wish to reschedule they may do so at no extra cost, should you not wish to reschedule you will receive a 50% refund as these spaces are limited and this covers for my loss of time.


Any cancellation or no-show made less than 24 hours before the appointment is due to begin will result in a cancellation fee of the full payment amount an invoice will be sent via email, failure of payment will affect future bookings.

E - Gift Cards

Our e-Gift Cards are not processed automatically and we cannot guarantee how long it will take for them to arrive in your inbox. If you are having trouble locating your e-gift card please remember to check your junk folder. If you have any further issues with this please feel free to contact me at, I am more than happy to help. 


If you wish to purchase a physical gift card rather an e-gift card please be aware that this is not an automated service you must email me with the details of the person the gift card is for, the monetary value required for them to then contact me with their treatment of choice they must bring the voucher as proof before the treatment begins.


Gift Cards are processed Monday & Tuesdays 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Offers and Discount Codes

All discount codes must be entered at checkout to receive the offer. Please ensure the discount has been applied before completing your order.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes/offers.
