Service Description
Target Age: 10 - 15 years This revitalizing treatment focuses on the scalp and face, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and promoting a healthy glow. Nourishing Scalp Treatment A gentle scalp massage using light, natural oils (hypoallergenic and age-appropriate) to nourish the scalp and hair. This can help with dryness and promote relaxation. Gentle Facial Refresh: This includes a gentle cleanse and steam using mild products, a light and soothing facial massage, and a hydrating, age-appropriate facial mask and self heating eye treatment, followed by a light moisturizer. Free mini self-care bag for first 30 clients: colour contents may vary. Mini collapsible brush. Puff sponge. Nail file. Lash wand. Refillable perfume bottle. Scrunchie. Mini capsule keyring (nail/lash glue etc). Safety whistle. Important Information: A parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room at all times. Children are not required to change into spa attire. However, please ensure they arrive with their face clean and free of makeup. Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
